We’re launching our first ever Customer Marketing Awards to showcase top performing campaigns created by Lexer clients, powered by Lexer’s technology. We know that inspiration, along with some friendly competition, breeds great outcomes for all involved.

Every day, we’re reminded that we work with some of the most talented consumer retail marketers in the world. Our clients have taken a data first and customer centric approach to developing revenue driving, retention lifting, impactful marketing strategies and campaigns. But you might not be aware of all this greatness present in the Lexer client community. That is, until now.

We strive to be our clients biggest cheerleaders, and we recognized there is an opportunity for us to do more to celebrate the empowered marketers creating impactful experiences for their customers. It’s time for us to shout from the rooftops and showcase the work of the best of the best (you).

Today, we’re excited to officially launch the inaugural Lexer Customer Marketing Awards, or LCMAs if you’re a fan of acronyms (we’re mixed on them, to be honest).

The goal of the LCMAs is to demonstrate how simple and effective data driven creativity can be. Any Lexer client can upload details about a campaign you are proud of, along with a sample of the creative and an overview of that campaign's performance against the goals you had set out to achieve. Whether it’s an email campaign focused on growing customer lifetime value, or a paid social campaign to generate new leads, we want to showcase it.

While being dubbed best in class may be at the forefront of the awards program, all participants will have the opportunity to learn from other marketers submitting campaigns. Winning and learning? A power combo if you ask us.

Who can submit a customer story?

Any Lexer client with a great campaign story to tell! Our clients have a wealth of valuable campaign and data stories and any client can choose to showcase these through the Lexer Customer Marketing Awards program.

Who are the judges?

The Lexer Leadership team will collectively choose a winner.

What are the categories?

  5. Welcome Series
  6. Data Enrichment
  7. Onboarding/Implementation
  8. Customer Care
  9. Clienteling

How do I enter?

You can submit your entry by completing the LCMA submission form and answering a few quick questions. It takes between 10-15 minutes to complete the form.

What do I win?

The team that submits the winning campaign across all categories will receive a choice of either a voucher to be spent for your team at a restaurant of your choice (to the value of $500) OR a gift voucher at another Lexer client of your choosing (to the same value).

We know how valuable your team is in creating this campaign, and we want you to treat them!

You will also win a commemorative certificate and a lifetime of bragging rights. Pretty great deal, we know.

What are the submission deadlines?

We’re always accepting new submissions! Winners will be selected quarterly based on submissions received up until the last day of the quarter.

Where can we see the submissions?

We’re working on building out a submission gallery that will be available through our website. Be on the lookout for a link to view all submissions in early 2022.
