Lexer bags back-to-back industry awards!

Lexer wins the National Online Retailer Association, 'Best Customer Analytics' award and Dotdigital’s ‘Technology Partner of the Year - APAC’ award 

What an incredible first week in December for Lexer, winning two illustrious industry awards, two days in a row!

It was such an honour to win the ‘Best Customer Analytics category, part of NORA Network’s Retail Solution Partner Awards. The glitzy awards evening was hosted aboard Sydney’s newest luxury vessel, The Jackson, with gourmet food, floating DJ, a dance floor, and a ton of networking opportunities across the three-story super yacht!

The votes were open to the retailer community and the NORA advisory council, so this win is even sweeter! It celebrates and recognises our remarkable team, clients, and partners who have put in an incredible amount of effort over this past year. We will continue to support the Australian retail industry by empowering brands to unlock their most vital business asset, customer data, to help orchestrate personalised omni-channel campaigns and create customer-centric experiences that support lifetime value with their customers.

Lexer then attended the Dotdigital Summer Shindig and Dotties APAC Awards, held in person (for the first time in APAC) at the stunning Doltone House. We were lucky enough to hear insights from Dotdigital CEO, Milan Patel and CTO, Steve Shaw and the day kicked off with an exclusive Partner Power Hour, hosted by Ian Tilson, Head of Partnership in APAC for Dotdigital. The ceremony was hosted by the incredibly funny Jimmy Rees, who is just as entertaining in person as he is on TikTok and Giggle and Hoot! The event ran extremely well with special guest speakers including some incredible women in ecommerce - Tahlia Antico (Bras N Things) and Briony Kennedy (Adorn Cosmetics).

We absolutely LOVE working with the Dotdigital team. Not only do they have best-in-breed technology that works well with Lexer, helping create the ultimate retail tech stack, they really are true ‘partners’ in the best sense of the word. The humans at Dotdigital are wonderful to collaborate with and we look forward to working with them closely to keep developing best-in-class integrated solutions for the retail industry!
