Getting started is simple. First, using your Lexer Segments create a queue of customers you would like to target. Select WhatsApp as the channel. Then use Lexi AI to help generate highly personalized, ready-to-send messages tailored for that segment.

When it’s time to send, open Lexer Contact and select your WhatsApp queue. Review the Lexi-generated messages, scan the QR code with your phone to open WhatsApp, the message will automatically pre-populate, then all you need to do is hit send!

WhatsApp messaging has also been added to Lexer Serve—to power both online and in-store clienteling customer outreach.
