With the launch of Lexer Event Explorer, marketers can now explore time-based customer behavior—like orders, products purchased, and returns—without needing SQL or BI tools.

Clearer product context for store teams
For some retailers product images alone don’t tell the full story. When images look similar store associates are left guessing or needing to ask follow-up questions.
To solve this, we’ve improved how product images are displayed in Lexer Serve by overlaying key product identifiers—like product name and SKU—directly on the image. This gives store teams immediate clarity, helping them quickly understand what was sold and deliver faster, more informed service.

Subscription insights with Shopify Selling Plans
For brands offering subscriptions through Shopify, understanding purchase behavior just got easier.
Our Shopify integration now supports importing Selling Plans directly into custom fields on purchase events. This gives subscription-based retailers a clearer view of customer intent and lifecycle—enabling smarter segmentation, deeper analysis, and more personalized engagement based on subscription type or commitment level.
