minute read

This quarter, we focused on helping retailers do more with their data—from uncovering richer insights to delivering smarter, more connected customer journeys.

With new product launches, feature enhancements, and standout client results, Q1 was all about moving from knowing to doing—and driving measurable impact at every step.

Let’s go! 🚀

Actionable insights

Instant insights from customer actions

With the launch of Lexer Event Explorer, marketers can now explore time-based customer behavior—like orders, products purchased, and returns—without needing SQL or BI tools.

Answer questions like “Who bought during a sale?”, “What product drove the most revenue last week?”, or “How did our campaign really perform?”—in minutes, not days.

Clearer product context for store teams

For some retailers product images alone don’t tell the full story. When images look similar store associates are left guessing or needing to ask follow-up questions.

To solve this, we’ve improved how product images are displayed in Lexer Serve by overlaying key product identifiers—like product name and SKU—directly on the image. This gives store teams immediate clarity, helping them quickly understand what was sold and deliver faster, more informed service.

Subscription insights with Shopify Selling Plans

For brands offering subscriptions through Shopify, understanding purchase behavior just got easier.

Our Shopify integration now supports importing Selling Plans directly into custom fields on purchase events. This gives subscription-based retailers a clearer view of customer intent and lifecycle—enabling smarter segmentation, deeper analysis, and more personalized engagement based on subscription type or commitment level.

Richer Shopify insights with metafields

Shopify merchants rely on metafields to store valuable custom data—like product attributes, customer preferences, loyalty, and subscription details.

Our Shopify integration now automatically ingests all structured metafields on Customers and Products. These fields can be surfaced in Lexer as attributes or custom event search properties—unlocking new ways to segment, personalize, and optimize based on the data that makes your business unique.
