Team Lexer is on cloud nine after taking home two major awards at last night’s NORA - National Online Retailers Association’s PoPs ceremony!

Lexer (again) won the Data-Driven Insights Innovation Award - "An award recognized for commitment to empowering brands with advanced analytics for actionable insights, enhanced decision-making, and personalised customer interactions". A special shout-out to Paul Burdekin and the team at THE UPSIDE who were a key part of our award submission.

They were the first retailer to leverage our new in-store clienteling tool, Lexer Serve, which launched late last year. Thank you for your progressive approach and eagerness to try new features. The results speak for themselves in the case study linked below.
